These terms govern your use of the TopMotherboard website, your buyer account, catalog pricing, orders, shipping and the limited warranty on our tested OEM boards.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are a business-to-business agreement; the site is intended for professional repair shops, resellers and trade buyers.
To view pricing and place orders you must register a buyer account with accurate name, country, email and phone details, or sign in through Google. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
All motherboards are genuine OEM pull / refurbished parts that are functionally tested before listing. Photographs show the actual board or a representative unit. Minor cosmetic wear is normal for pulled parts and is not a defect. Listings identify the brand, board number and key configuration (e.g. CPU variant); everything else is described in the title and photos. We do our best to ensure accuracy but specifications should be confirmed against your machine's board number before purchase.
Prices shown to registered buyers are trade / wholesale levels and exclude import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) and freight unless stated. Prices and stock are indicative and may change without notice; an order is confirmed only when we accept it. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to decline any order.
Placing an item in the cart or sending an enquiry is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. We accept an order when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may reject or cancel any order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or fails our final pre-shipment test.
Payment terms, methods and currencies are confirmed at order acceptance. Title to goods passes to you once payment is received in full and the goods are dispatched. You are responsible for providing correct billing and shipping details.
We ship worldwide using tracked carriers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier, except where local law provides otherwise.
Every board is tested and covered by a limited functional warranty (typically 30 days from delivery, as confirmed at order). If a board is dead on arrival or fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will replace it or refund it at our discretion, subject to return of the item. The warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, incorrect installation, or compatibility issues arising from mismatch with the wrong model. Cosmetic wear is excluded. Certain clearance or "as-is" items may be sold without warranty and will be clearly marked.
All site content — text, photography, layout, logos and branding — is owned by TopMotherboard or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Sony, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible parts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopMotherboard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved informally through our support channels; if unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your own country of residence.
