TopMotherboard (operated by Shenzhen TopMotherboard Co., Ltd.) is a supplier of tested OEM laptop motherboards and spare parts for repair shops, resellers and end users worldwide, trading since 2009. Our registered address is Room 2607–2608, Zhicheng Building, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. This Privacy Policy applies to this website and the services offered through it. 2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to quote, sell and ship boards, and to keep the catalog working for our buyers:

• Buyer account details — the country / region, phone / WhatsApp number and account type (business or individual) you provide when completing your buyer profile. Your display name is taken from your Google account rather than typed in.
• Sign-in information — sign-in is via Google. We receive your Google account name and email (and profile picture if shared) to create or match your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Order and enquiry data — items you add to the cart, quotes you request, and messages you send through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Technical and analytics data — your IP address (including the IP recorded when you register and when you last sign in), its approximate region, browser and device type, pages viewed, search terms entered, and clicks. This helps us approve accounts, quote freight for the right region, improve the catalog and detect abuse.
• Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and preferences (see Section 4).

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Display pricing and manage your registered-buyer access;
• Quote freight, process orders and arrange worldwide shipping;
